From the creators of the hit fantaserye Lobo and Imortal comes the third installment of the epuc trilogy that tackles the story of werewolves and vampires. Starring Kathryn Bernardo as Malia and Daniel Padilla as Tristan, with a special participation of Angel Locsin and John Lloyd Cruz, also starring Richard Gutierrez in his first ever teleserye in ABSCBN. La Luna Sangre is directed by Cathy Garcia Molina and it is set to premiere on Primetime Bida this June 19 right after FPJ's Ang Probinsyano.
The premise of La Luna Sangre revolves around the journey of the daughter of the most powerful vampire Mateo (John Lloyd Cruz) and the chosen werewolve Lia (Angel Locsin) named Malia (Kathryn Bernardo), everything was fine with the family that already chose to live a normal life in peace and without powers, far from the life they had in Imortal.
Conflict arises when the king of vampires, Sandrino (Richard Gutierrez) discovered a prophecy that will end his reign, war between the wolves and vampires erupts once again that left Malia an orphan. Malia was raised by the wolves that survived the war, in search to find her true self Malia went to the city where she meets Tristan (Daniel Padilla) that will help her survive living in the city.
Secrets unfold and mysteries will be revealed as the story progresses. Will Malia finally find her powers? Will Sandrino reign supreme? Will Lia and Mateo return? and Is Tristan just a normal human?
Also starring in La Luna Sangre are Randy Santiago, Joross Gamboa, Bryan Santos, Ina Raymundo, Gelli De Belen, Sue Ramirez, and introducing Tony Labrusca.
